search function

strip bbcode when searching ifpossible
^looks like it will be but i have to require mysql 8/mariadb 10 for regexp_replace, or maybe there's a simpler non regex way to do it and i'm dumb lole i'll strike this one cuz i know how to do it now, just haven't done yet

put commonly reused queries into function

maybe put post regurgitator into function, but index and view kinda serve different purposes so it might be better to keep it as is

do the confirm page leave thingy and also return form if the submission didnt like it yet
